Reenactment of last night
I’ve only just finished laughing. Everyone involved, from design through market assessments and executive approvals, deserves to be fired. I hope absolutely no-one buys this abomination.

It is tasteless enough that people will buy them in droves. I was hoping for something that wasn’t that but why on earth is the area where an engine ISN’ T so chonky?

That’s weird, because I actually like it.

I do too. Still not spending $100k plus on it.

Are “H” tops the new T-tops?

GM haters gonna hate GM

Who paid you to say that? Are you involved in the creation of that monstrosity some way? I’m on to you.

I t’s a 6 figure truck. Unless it has some sort of breakthrough technology (it does not appear to) it would always be a solid “meh” for me. There’s no scenario under which I’d ever own one.

i think they crushed the design, and all of the preorders for the 112K dollar edition of it sold out. so your hopes that no-one buys it is already debunked. it looks a hell of a lot better inside and out than the cybertruck

Everyone involved, from design through market assessments and executive approvals.
It looks like what I would guess a Hummer would look like in 2020.

I like it, but not for the price

To be fair, the cyber truck is just a cobbled together movie prop, looking better than it is a low bar. :P
My hope that nobody would buy the HumEVee is just just hyperbole.

Fair, though there are several GM vehicles that would be my choice in their respective segments. The Camaro is my favourite pony car and the Colorado is the best driving midsize truck, IMO, and the Corvette is a legit supercar killer.
That said, their design department needs to have their pencils and clay taken away. Aside from the above, the Camaro facelift and Colorado/ Canyon refreshes are horrendous, especially in ZR2 form, as are their 1/2 ton trucks and much as I’d like a Corvette the styling is not what I’d call attractive.

I mean, all the Edition 1 vehicles sold out within an hour after release, so...
No.

It will sell well. I don’t hate it, but it is nothing that I would be interested in buying anytime in the fore seeable future. There are some interesting capabilities that are not necessarily practical for daily use, but could be use ful in other vehicles.
